With the development of auxiliary electronic technology and the widespread application of PLC technology, the control accuracy and reliability are superior to those of early electromechanical control. In addition to the further improvement of the anti-interference and overload capacity of the heating regeneration components, other control components are no longer easily damaged parts.
3. The manufacturer of adsorption dryer accessories believes that the control valve is a very easily damaged part in the adsorption dryer. Frequent switching and long-term mixed intrusion of water and adsorbent debris are important reasons for valve leakage.
4. Adsorption dryer accessories The manufacturer believes that the silencer is a part that is prone to failure, mainly manifested as blockage of the silencer exhaust channel. Once the silencer fails (blockage), the damage to the entire machine is fatal, leading to a decrease in the regeneration performance of the adsorbent and premature aging. Therefore, the silencer is the daily maintenance of the adsorption dryer.
