Heatless Regeneration Adsorption Dryer
Working principle: Using pressure swing adsorption regeneration cycle, the compressed air flows through two drying cylinders (towers) A and B filled with adsorbent. One cylinder (tower) adsorbs water vapor under high pressure (working pressure), while the other cylinder (tower) desorbs under low pressure (atmospheric pressure), and then switches according to the set time program.
Micro-heat Regeneration Adsorption Dryer
Working principle: Combining the advantages of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption, water vapor is adsorbed at normal temperature and high steam partial pressure (working pressure), and desorbed at high temperature and low steam partial pressure. That is, the moisture adsorbed by the adsorbent during the adsorption process is completely removed during the regeneration process through the combined action of thermal diffusion and low pressure of the regeneration gas.
The filter uses a matching high-flow filter element. Under pressure, the original liquid passes through the filter element, and the filter residue remains on the filter material wall. The filtrate flows out through the filter element, effectively removing impurities, sediment, suspended solids, and bacteria from the water, thereby achieving the purpose of filtration.
