Precautions for the use of adsorption dryer accessories
The oil content of the inlet air of the adsorption dryer should be controlled below 0.01PPM. Since oil-free air compressors cannot be truly oil-free, a degreaser needs to be installed at the inlet of the dryer to prevent the accumulation of trace amounts of oil in the adsorption bed of the dryer's components (this accumulation is very rapid). Regenerative dryers should be used at their rated temperature and pressure.
