Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for contract negotiation and review;
2. Responsible for preparing bids, budgeting, and cost accounting for business negotiations;
3. Responsible for cost accounting, process control, and final settlement of the company's contract projects;
4. Participate in the bidding and tendering work of development projects, review the rationality of various bidding prices, and provide reference opinions for bidding;
5. Assist superiors in negotiating and demonstrating major company projects, providing opinions, approvals, and economic data;
6. Participate in customer management and development/maintenance, liaise with clients, owners, and collaborators, and promptly address commercial disputes;
7. Complete tasks assigned by company leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or above, majoring in civil engineering, construction engineering, engineering cost, etc., those with registered cost engineer certificates are preferred;
2. 10 years or more of working experience in construction enterprises, including more than 3 years of experience as a business manager;
3. Familiar with the characteristics and processes of contract management and project pre- and post-settlement management in construction enterprises;
4. Familiar with national and local government-issued laws, regulations, standards, rules, quotas, and standard drawings related to construction projects;
5. Familiar with all basic management procedures and regulations within the enterprise;
6. Possesses strong coordination, execution, and adaptability, as well as team management capabilities.
