Adsorption dryer accessory manufacturers believe that the oil content of the inlet air of the adsorption dryer should be controlled below 0.01mg/m3; given that oil-free air compressors cannot currently achieve truly oil-free operation, in order to prevent the accumulation of trace amounts of oil in the adsorption bed (this accumulation is very rapid), an oil remover should be installed at the inlet of the dryer. The adsorption dryer should be used at the rated temperature and pressure. When the inlet temperature is higher than or the inlet pressure is lower than the rated value, the capacity should be corrected.
