Civil works for compressed air station
The height of the lower chord or bottom of the beam in the compressor station machine room should meet the requirements of equipment disassembly, lifting, and ventilation, and its net height should not be less than 4m.
In hot summer and cold winter and hot summer and warm winter regions, if the span of the machine room is greater than 9m, skylights should be provided.
The doors of the machine room leading to the outside should ensure safe evacuation and facilitate equipment access and operational management.
The machine room should use terrazzo flooring, and the inner surface of the walls should be plastered and whitewashed.
The soundproof duty room or control room should be equipped with observation windows, and the window sill height should not be higher than 0.8m.
The foundation of the air compressor should adopt vibration isolation or damping measures according to environmental requirements. The foundation of double-layer centrifugal air compressors should be separated from the operating floor.
For compressed air stations with potential for development, the expansion end of the machine room should be easy to connect to new construction.
