Applications in low-temperature compressed air generation
In some cases, users require low-temperature compressed air, such as for simulating high-altitude air environments, which requires -55 ℃ compressed air. -55 ℃ means that the dew point of the compressed air must be below -55 ℃; otherwise, the compressed air will freeze and cause ice blockage during the freezing process. Therefore, the key to this project is to reduce and maintain the dew point of the compressed air below -55 ℃. To meet the above requirements, a modified combined dryer is used, placing the adsorption dryer before the refrigeration equipment. Through adsorption drying, the compressed air is dried to a pressure dew point of -60 ℃, ensuring that the compressed air entering the refrigeration equipment is free of water at -55 ℃, ensuring the reliable operation of the refrigeration equipment. After strict testing by the user, it was considered to meet the design requirements.
