Refrigerated Dryer (Air-cooled)
Basic structure: Consists of three major parts: refrigeration system, heat exchanger system, and electrical control system.
Refrigerated Dryer (Water-cooled)
Working principle: Based on the principle of air freeze-drying (cooling and condensation), refrigeration equipment cools humid and hot compressed air to a certain dew point temperature (saturation temperature), and then separates out the corresponding moisture content. A gas-water separator separates the gas and liquid, and the separated liquid water is discharged through an automatic drain, so that the compressed air obtains the required dry dew point.
