Working principle: This automatic drain uses a die-cast aluminum shell assembly and contains a float drainage system. When the buoyancy of the drainage is less than the weight of the drainage float and the pressure applied by the compressed air, the drain port is closed; when the buoyancy increases, the drainage float rises, and the drain port opens; when the condensate decreases, the drain port closes again, and this cycle repeats.
Filter accessories, electric pump
A solid-state electronic timer is matched with a solenoid valve to achieve timed automatic drainage of condensate from the compressed air system. Used for draining liquid water condensed from a freeze dryer and oil-water mixtures separated by a precision filter. The drainage time and interval can be adjusted according to different needs.
