Abstract
Unlike the oxygen used in hospitals, the breathing gas used by divers often comes from compressed air delivered by compressors. In the past, the working conditions for divers were extremely harsh. Not only was the breathing gas unpurified, but the use of old, oil-lubricated compressors resulted in large amounts of gaseous oil vapor being inhaled by divers, causing long-term harm to their health. With society's updated values regarding human life, many salvage bureaus, navies, and other places requiring compressed air for breathing have demanded purification of the breathing gas. Unlike traditional purification requirements, breathing gas is not necessarily better when drier; the key to purification is oil removal.
To achieve this, high-efficiency oil removal filters (oil removal precision: 3-5*10^-6), precision oil removal filters (oil removal precision: 0.1*10^-6), ultra-precision oil removal filters (oil removal precision: 0.01*10^-6), and activated carbon filters are used to remove gaseous oil vapor, ensuring that the breathing gas is 100% oil-free.
A humidifier is used to humidify the compressed air to ensure that the breathing gas meets human requirements. Divers are very satisfied with this compressed air that has been dried, de-oiled, and humidified.
