Heating and ventilation of compressed air stations
The heating temperature in the compressor room should not be lower than 15℃, and the temperature in the machine room should not be lower than 5℃ during non-working hours.
The air temperature in the summer within 2m above the ground of the entire machine room should meet the requirements for workplaces in workshops in the current national standard "Industrial Enterprise Design Hygiene Standard" (GBZ1).
The soundproof duty room or control room should be equipped with ventilation or cooling devices.
For station rooms equipped with screw air compressors, when the compressor air intake or the cooling air intake of the unit is located indoors, the ambient temperature in the machine room should not exceed 40℃.
When the air compressor is inhaling air, the outer wall of the compressor room should be equipped with an air intake, and its flow area should meet the requirements of air compressor air intake and equipment cooling.
When the resistance loss of the ventilation ducts of the equipment in the compressed air station exceeds the pressure head of the equipment's own fan, a ventilator should be installed.
The air velocity in the ventilation duct should be 3~5m/S without using a ventilator, and 6~10m/S when using a ventilator.
In areas that require heating in winter, the hot air generated by cooling screw compressor units and centrifugal compressor units should be used to increase the station room temperature.
