Inco provides competitive interchangeable filter replacement elements for SMC filter elements. Precision filter elements are made using high-quality European filter materials, stainless steel (iron) frames, and nylon plastic end caps (most small domestic factories use domestic filter materials, galvanized sheet frames, and ABS engineering plastics, resulting in poor filtration, easy rusting and breakage). They feature high filtration efficiency, corrosion resistance, high strength, low airflow resistance, and long service life.
AFF The main line filter element removes oil, water, dust, etc., greater than 3 microns (99% capture efficiency) from compressed air, improves the efficiency of downstream dryers, extends the service life of the precision filter element, and prevents machine malfunctions.
AM The oil mist separator separates and removes oil mist and solid particles larger than 0.3μm (99.9% capture efficiency), such as rust and carbon particles.
AMD The micro-mist separator removes aerosol oil particles from compressed air, removing carbon particles or dust larger than 0.01μm (99.9% capture efficiency). It can be used as a pre-filter for highly clean air for precision measuring instruments and cleanroom compressed air.
AME The ultra-fine oil mist separator separates and absorbs aerosol oil particles larger than 0.01μm (99.9% capture efficiency). It can transform oil-lubricated compressed air into oil-free compressed air, and is used for painting lines, clean rooms, and highly clean compressed air filtration for machinery with high oil-free requirements.
AMF The deodorizing filter element uses activated carbon fiber filter elements to effectively remove odors from compressed air. It can be used in clean rooms and other areas with high odorless requirements. It uses activated carbon fiber filter elements with a large adsorption area. The filter element is easy to install and replace.
