RM Grade compressed air pre-filtration, removes 10μ or larger solid and liquid particles, removes 85+% micro-oil mist, residual oil mist content 15ppm. Used for removing condensate oil and solid particles before air receivers and freeze dryers, upstream pre-filtration of RB and RA grade filters, and dust removal from post-filter of desiccant dryers.
RF Grade compressed air pre-filtration, removes 1μ or larger solid and liquid particles, removes 92+% micro-oil mist, residual oil mist content 8ppm. Used for removing condensate oil and solid particles before air receivers and freeze dryers, upstream pre-filtration of RB and RA grade filters, and dust removal from post-filter of desiccant dryers.
RB Grade oil separation and compressed air filtration, removes 1μ or larger solid and liquid particles, removes 99.9+% micro-oil mist, residual oil mist content 0.1ppm. Used for refrigeration dryers, upstream of RA and CA grade filters, vacuum pump inlets, general-purpose filters.
RA Grade high-efficiency oil mist separation, removes 0.01μ or larger solid and liquid particles, removes 99.99+% micro-oil mist, residual oil mist content 0.01ppm. Used for upstream of desiccant dryers, protection of precision instruments and meters, air treatment in paint shops, electronics, food and textile industries.
CA Grade deodorizing filter element, adsorbs oil vapor and odor in compressed gas, residual oil mist content 0.003ppm, installed downstream of RA grade. Used in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, process air, textile and electronics industries.
