DD+ Grade general-purpose protective separating filter element, removing solid particles, water, and oil aerosol, with a total mass separation efficiency of 99.3% and a residual oil mist content of 0.07 ppm. For better filtration and separation, an oil-water separator should be pre-installed. Replace the filter element after 4000 hours of use or 1 year.
DDP+ Grade dust filter element, with a filtration efficiency of 99.93% for 0.01μm particles and 99.998% for 1μm particles. Usually used after a vacuum pump. Replace the filter element after 4000 hours of use, 1 year, or when the pressure drop exceeds 350 mbar.
PD+ Grade high-efficiency coalescing filter element, removing solid particles, water, and oil aerosol, with a total mass separation efficiency of 99.92% and a residual oil mist content of 0.008 ppm. For better filtration and separation, a DD+ filter should be pre-installed. Replace the filter element after 4000 hours of use or 1 year.
PDP+ Grade high-efficiency dust filter element, with a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for 0.01μm particles and 99.999% for 1μm particles. Usually used after a vacuum pump. Replace the filter element after 4000 hours of use, 1 year, or when the pressure drop exceeds 350 mbar.
QD+ Grade activated carbon filter element, removing oil vapor and adsorbing odors, with a residual oil mist content of 0.003 ppm. Replace the filter element after 1000 hours of use or 1 year.
