Enco provides competitive interchangeable filter replacement elements DOMNICK.HUNTER Domnick Hunter filters | DH filters. Precision filters are made using high-quality European filter materials, stainless steel (iron) frames, and nylon plastic end caps (most small domestic factories use domestic filter materials, galvanized sheet frames, and ABS engineering plastics, resulting in poor filtration, easy rust, and breakage). They feature high filtration efficiency, corrosion resistance, high strength, low airflow resistance, and a long service life.
DOMNICK.HUNTER Domnick Hunter filters come in new and old models, mainly differing in interface types. Older filters have a stepped flat mouth, while newer filters have an elbow connection.
PF Grade Primary pre-filtration, removes dust particles larger than 25 microns, including water mist and oil mist.
AO Grade High-efficiency general protection, removes dust particles larger than 1 micron, as well as water mist and oil mist. Oil mist content does not exceed: 0.5mg/m³ (at 21℃)/0.5ppm(w) (at 70℉)
AA Grade High-efficiency oil removal filtration (requires AO grade filter beforehand), removes dust particles larger than 0.01 microns, as well as water mist and oil mist. Oil mist content does not exceed 0.01mg/m³ (at 21℃)/0.01ppm(w) (at 70℉)
AX Grade Ultra-high-efficiency filtration (requires AO grade filter beforehand), removes dust particles larger than 0.01 microns, as well as water mist and oil mist. Oil mist content does not exceed 0.001mg/m³ (at 21℃)/0.001ppm(w) (at 70℉)
AR Grade General dust removal filtration, removes dust particles larger than 1 micron.
AAR Grade High-efficiency dust removal filtration, removes dust particles larger than 0.01 microns.
ACS Grade Removes oil vapor and odors (requires AA grade filter beforehand). Residual oil vapor does not exceed 0.003mg/m³ (at 21℃)/0.003ppm(w) (at 70℉).
