Compression Heat Adsorption Dryer


The ADY series compressed heat (waste heat) dryer uses the waste heat from the oil-free air compressor to heat and regenerate the adsorbent, making full use of the waste heat in the compressed air system. Without using a heating device, it can still achieve the effect of a heating-type dryer, fully demonstrating its energy-saving and high-efficiency characteristics. The finished gas dew point can reach -40°C.

Product features

The ADY series compressed heat (waste heat) dryer uses the waste heat of the oil-free air compressor to heat and regenerate the adsorbent, making full use of the waste heat in the compressed air system. Even without a heating device, it can achieve the same effect as a heating-type dryer, fully demonstrating its energy-efficient characteristics. The finished air dew point can reach -40℃.

It adopts an independent PLC controller, which is more stable and reliable than a single-chip microcomputer. The control valve uses a high-quality butterfly valve, ensuring more than 1 million trouble-free switching cycles.

Advanced distributor design enables uniform contact between compressed air and the adsorbent, thoroughly eliminating channeling. Unique layered technology:

The layered technology developed by our company allows the air to first undergo preliminary drying with activated alumina, reducing the water content before undergoing deep drying with molecular sieves to achieve low dew point air quality.
