Product introduction
Working principle: Compressed air enters the separator along the tangential direction of the separation filter inlet. Part of the airflow rotates strongly along the circumference of the container (separator), and another part of the airflow passes through the impeller with many angled notches, causing the air to rotate strongly along the tangential direction. Oil droplets, oil stains, water and other impurities are thrown to the inner wall under the action of centrifugal inertia force, and settle to the bottom of the separator with the inner wall. After filtration and separation by the stainless steel filter element along the central axis, the gas is output. This separation requires that the speed of compressed air should not exceed 1m/s at low pressure, 0.5m/s at medium pressure, and 0.3m/s at high pressure. Workflow: After entering the separator along the tangential direction of the wall, the compressed air rotates inside, and the water droplets mixed in the gas also rotate and generate centrifugal force. The centrifugal force generated by larger water droplets is large, and under the action of centrifugal force, large water droplets move to the outer wall, and then accumulate and grow after hitting the outer wall (also the baffle) and separate from the gas; while smaller water droplets migrate to the central axis in a negative pressure state under the action of gas pressure, and are intercepted and filtered by the stainless steel wire mesh filter element before flowing to the rear end of the pipeline. The separated liquid water and oil are discharged through the drain valve at the bottom of the gas-water separator filter.
Operating indicators: Maximum operating temperature 66℃, minimum operating temperature 1.5℃. Liquid removal rate reaches 99.99%, intercepting particles above 3μ, residual oil content reaches 5ppm, pressure drop is almost 0, and the filter element can be repeatedly cleaned and used.
