High Reliability Design & Corrosion Protection

The new filter has strong corrosion resistance and has passed the salt spray test according to ISO 9227:2012 standard. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter housing are electrophoretically coated and sprayed with polyester powder coating.

The filter element uses a deep pleated filter paper structure inside, which significantly improves the filtration area and performance. Combined with a specially designed hydrophobic layer, it improves the liquid discharge speed and efficiency, achieving efficient oil pollution aggregation, thus ensuring excellent filtration effect and low pressure drop.

　　In addition to impurities, particles, and oil stains, compressed air also contains some bacteria and other microorganisms. In the food, bioengineering, beverage, beer, pharmaceutical, and electronics industries, multi-stage precision filtration of compressed air still cannot prevent the penetration of bacteria, making sterile treatment an indispensable process.

　　The INKO Z-series stainless steel sterilization filter uses a stainless steel SUS304 or 316L housing, with internal and external mechanical polishing. Designed according to GMP standards, it is equipped with sanitary stainless steel fittings and ISO2852 standard quick-opening clamps or (GB/HG) standard flange interfaces. The filter element uses a hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene membrane pleated filter element (SPF), with a gas filtration accuracy of 0.01μm, i.e., it removes various bacteria and bacteriophages above 0.01µm with 99.9999% efficiency.
